Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga
Practicing yoga on the water is amazing. Every pose will begin with it's foundation making it accessible for new yogis. When practicing on a paddleboard you can challenge your balance as much as you'd like thus making it inviting to the experienced yogi as well. You may be surprised at how much you can do and will enjoy savasana like never before. Floating savasana is bliss.

You may already know that nature is good for you, science is now proving it. This class will connect you directly to the healing powers inherent in every forest on earth. Through mindfulness and other methods of engaging our senses, we will experience what yogis call prana or life force and it's wonderful effects on our nervous and immune systems. Tap into the essence of nature.
Mindfulness
You hear about it everywhere. What is mindfulness, how do you practice it and what does it do for you? This session will introduce you to the simple yet power practice of mindfulness. You will learn basic techniques that you can use any time and any place. Mindfulness sharpens your focus and enables you to remain calm in the midst of the crazy. Put the "BE" back into Being.
Workpace Ergonomics & Yoga Workshop
Yes, you've read it, sitting all day is literally taking years off of your life! How can you change that?
